WHAT IS THE SIZING OF the SHIRTS?

ALL T-SHIRTS ARE UNISEX SIZING- FOR AN OVERSIZED FIT I RECOMMEND SIZING UP 1 OR 2 SIZES .

 

currently we may not offer all the size options to achieve your perfect oversized fit but it's on the list of must haves to provide! 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

ON AVERAGE IT TAKES US 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS + SHIP OUT YOUR ORDERS! WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING- it's just a mother and daughter packing team currently but we are working hard, learning the ropes but to get your happy mail to you asap. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

international is not available yet but we hope to get that set up in the near future for all of the atbu girlies out there!  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

YOU should RECEIVE A TRACKING EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED! ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL, if y do not see it right away PLEASE WAIT 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS IN ORDER FOR THE PACKAGE LOCATION TO UPDATE. however, if you have any concerns/issues please feel free to follow up via email. //located under the contact page. 

MY ORDER TRACKING HAS BEEN STUCK/MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL USPS, FEDEX, shipping provider. FOR EXTRA HELP please fill out a form under contact page and we will provide support the best we can! 

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

UNFORTUNATELY, since WE HAVE very LIMITED INVENTORY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW ORDERS TO BE CANCELLED, EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND this, we apologize for any inconvenience, AND WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE FOR YOUR SUPPORT so so much! 

ARE ALL DESIGNS LETTERED BY HAND?

DO YOU RESTOCK DESIGNS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE REACH OUT TO SHOP @allthingsbu or fill out a contact form here, WITH A DESCRIPTION AND ANY PICTURES YOU CAN TAKE OF THE DAMAGED ITEM.  FROM THERE WE WILL EVALUATE THE DAMAGE AND MAKE SURE EVERY THING IS TAKEN CARE OF to the best of our ability. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?

IF YOUR ORDER WAS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, OR IF YOUR ORDER REQUIRES A NEW ADDRESS, WE CAN RESEND YOUR ORDER, BUT WILL NEED TO CHARGE SHIPPING AGAIN + A SMALL PROCESSING FEE.

DO YOU RESTOCK DESIGNS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?

certain designs may restock, BUT NOt GUARANTEEd THAT A SOLD OUT ITEM WILL COME BACK IN STOCK! FOLLOW ON INSTAGRAM @ALLThingsbu BECAUSE we plan to share future ideas and possible restock voting polls, because of course we want your opinion!
